Piles, or hemorrhoids, are swollen veins in the rectum or anus causing pain, itching, bleeding during bowel movements, discomfort, and sometimes prolapse outside the anal opening.

An anal fistula is an abnormal tract between anal canal and skin. Fissures are small tears in anal lining, causing severe pain and bleeding during defecation.
